· Explanation of program designPlease feel free to print or save these documents and personalize the program for your athletes by using Microsoft Word and Excel. However, please note that these documents are copyrighted and published and may not be used for personal financial gain.
I would like to emphasize that these program templates can be modified and customized for the needs of each individual athlete. The programs that I am currently implementing with my athletes are similar to the ones here on my web site with adjustments made for the needs of each athlete. An effective program should have a mixture of olympic/power lifts, compound movements, and dynamic movements such as plyos, med balls, and core/rotational exercises.
If you have any questions about the programs, feel free to contact me at billvasko@maxxtraining.com or you can visit The MAXX Training Forum to discuss the latest on sports training and athletic performance enhancement.
