Here is my online project:

Hi,

I'm a Junior in college and I'm looking ot make
the baseball team next fall at tryouts. My school
is D2 and very competitive in baseball. I'm
looking for a customized program that incorprates
everything into (Lifts, medball, sprints, plyos,
etc.). I just need a program that is "force feed"
to me each month through the entire year. I
realize it will cost money for a program that would be
specifically tailored to me from a professional.
Please email me back if you are interested in
working me out, like I said I just need someone to
give the info to me because I have the motivation.
I can email you back my 1RM max estimates and the
program I am currently on. Let me know what you
can do for me. Thank you Sir.

Matt

-------------------------------------------------------
Hey,

I know I've already emailed you about this, but
it's really important to me if you could set me up
with a very nice program. I've been reading your
website for the last few days, and I can tell
that you have a ton of knowledge on how to be your
best for baseball. I could really use a nice
organized program because I know have the motivation
and heart to carry through with it. Please let
me know what it's going ot cost for a full year
program made custom to my needs.

thank you sir,
Matt

Matt, thanks for your email. If you are
interested, I could create a customized program
each month for a fee. That way, you could
stop at any point. Each month, you would send me
updated numbers of your progress so that I could
create the next month's program. In addition to
the program, I will provide email and telephone
support/consultation.

If you are interested, I would need to know what
exercises you are currently doing, and 1RM for
the following exercises if you have experience
performing them: squat, bench, incline bench,
close grip bench, deadlift, power clean, jerk
press, and number of pull-ups. Also, as a matter
of gauging improvement, I would ask you to time
yourself in the 60 yard dash, some type of
shuttle run, and measure your vertical jump.

If you are interested in all of this, please let
me know, and I can provide info for payment.
Thanks,

BILL

------------------------------------------------------------

Hey Bill,

I am very interested in a training program under
you. I'm looking for a something that is really
serious and detailed and includes all the
components, such as plyo's, sprinting, conditoning, MD
Ball work, added on to the functional weight
lifting
program and throwing. I just need someone to

put it all together for me and you obviously know
what you're talking about from all your
expertise. Is that reasonable? I'm just trying to get an
idea of what you would give me for a program
because I've had enough of those basic, general
programs.

I can get you the current program I am on, which
is introducing to me the more "functional" type
of lifting with olympic lifts and power lifts
right now, and the weight numbers I'm lifting. I
feel like I can trust you on the program, so yes,
I'm interested in pursuing you're baseball lifting
program. I apperciate your time and efforts.

Matt

Matt, I can definitely give you a program that
will be detailed daily with all of the components
that you have described. If you can send me an
example of what you are doing now, that would be
helpful. Also, all of the numbers that I asked
for earlier would allow me to create the program.

If you are interested, I would prefer that you
stop your current program, take a week to test
yourself in all of the things I mentioned in the
previous email, give me a day or two to design
the program, then we can get started. Again, we
can do this monthly so that if you are not
satisfied, you can stop at any time. I have a
paypal account if you are interested, you can make the

payment to my account, email me to let me know it is there,
and we will get started. Let me know!!

BILL

--------------------------------------------------------

Hey Bill,

Important things to know about me:

Goals:
To increase velocity on fastball
Tryout for University's baseball
team in the fall of '07
Gain weight to 150-155 lbs by the end of June

Age: 21
Height: 6'0
Weight: 137 lbs
Position: Pitcher

I am not playing any summer ball and only
preparing for fall of '07. So I am looking for the most
advanced program and baseball specific components
as you can get. I just want you to know one more
thing, Treat me like I know everything and can do
anything. I want to be trained as hard as
possible (with out overtraining) and don't worry at all
about my committment to the program.

My recent program is:

*Note: I did include the weight I am suppose to
lift at, but the weight increases each time a sets
chance. Also, either 2 minute or 1 minute resting
time between sets.

Monday:
Dynamic Warmup
Box Squat 12x2
Power Shrug (From rack) 1x4, 1x4, 3x4
Front Squat 1x7, 4x7
Hyper Extensions 3x8
DB Walking Lunges 3x8 Each leg
Core workout

Tuesday
Dynamic Warmup
Dumbbell Push Press 1x4, 1x4, 3x4
Incline Bench Press 1x7, 4x7
Inverted Row 3x8
Dumbbell Bench Press 3x9
Pulldowns 3x9
Upright Row 3x9
Floor Press 3x9
Stretch

Thursday:
Dynamic Warmup
Squat 1x7, 4x7
Negatice RDL w/ Shrug 1x4, 1x4, 3x4
Overhead Sqaut 4x7
Good Mornings 1x8, 3x8
Split Squat 3x8 Each leg
Core Workout

Friday:
High Pulls 1x4, 1x4, 3x4

Bent-over Row 1x7, 4x7
Incline DB Press 3x9
Pulldowns 3x9
Shoulder Blasters 2x12
Tricept Ext. 3x9
Stretch

I'm looking to add plyo's and sprinting and hard
core work to it somewhere.

Matt

So what are the complaints with your current
program, if you don't mind me asking? It has a
lot of good exercises. Do the # of reps change
frequently? Or do you like the lifting portion,
and you're looking to just add some of the other
components like plyos, sprint work, med balls,
etc? I'm just trying to find out why you are
unhappy with your current training so I have an
idea of what direction you need to go.....

BILL

-----------------------------------------------------

I've been working on that program for the last
two weeks and so far I like the program, but I am
in need of all the other compentants that I should
be doing because all I have right now are the
lifts. The coach said give me a new one each month,
and yes the reps and set schemes change a little
bit each week with an "unload" week with lighter
weight. If you suggest I stay with the lifting
program I will for the remainder of the school
year, but I might want to change over to your
lifting program over the summer. I could really use
help with all the other stuff such as core work and
throwing days. I just need someone to put
everything together for me.

So I guess, as of right now, I need the more
baseball specific work that I should be doing with my
lifting. But I may very well be switching to
your lifting program as well over the summer.

Sorry for the confusion. Let me know if you're
still interested in helping me out and yes I could
pay through paypal.

Thanks,
Matt

----------------------------------------------------------------

Bill,

I don't know if you read my last message or not
now, but I thought about it some more. I pretty
happy with the lifting portion which is also
coming with real live instructions (something you
can't give me) for doing the olypic lifts, but that's
all I am getting from the strength coach here.
The direction I'm trying to go is to have you
completely over look everything that I'm doing to
prepare for try outs next fall. This would include
everything, but a weight lifting program.
Although I would still like to send you my lifting
program each month, so that you could possibly add or
change something to make it better. Eventually I
might want to switch to your lifting program by
summer, but for now I'm going to stick with
one-on-one help because I'm learning the correct ways
of the lifts.

So if you could help me develope and concentrat
on a schedule that includes baseball core
exercises, plyo's, sprinting, conditioning, ab work, form
running, real specific baseball exercises, and
ofcourse a throwing schedule. And I would like to
report all my progress back to you so you can
help me adjust the program.

Sorry if this sounds confusing, but please know I
am serious about what I am doing and committed.

Thank you Sir,
Matt

---------------------------------------------------------

Bill,

Will you help me or not? If not, that's fine.
If yes, then I'm ready to get started. I need to
know, everyday is a day I have a chance to
improve myself, and that's what I intend to do until I
make it to where I want to go.

Matt

-------------------------------------------------------------

Hey Bill,

I was just letting you know I sent the money to
your Paypal account. I just thought you should
know my lifting program will move into "phase 2"
after next week. The coach said it's going to be
my max out week for phase 1. Once I get the new
lifting program, I will have him email it to me
and then I will email it straight to you so you can
know EXACTLY what I'm doing and monitor me
specifically. I'm hoping you can help me take care of
everything else. Also, I have access to pretty
much anything and am pretty confident I can do
whatever you ask to make me the best athlete I can
become before next try outs, so don't hold back on
me. I am a controlled player, I do what I'm
told. I know I haven't sent you any numbers on my 60
yard sprint yet, but hopefully we can still start
with out that. I'm mainly looking for you to
overlook my weight lifting program (add lifts to it
if you think I need them) and to concentrate
mainly on all the other baseball specific components.

It's a D2 school, but has very competitive baseball and
football sports. Well, take your time on what you
want to do with me, I trust your expertise.

My Goals again:
Tryout for pitcher at WSU in Fall of '07
Increase Velocity
Gain the right weight

Have a good Easter,
Matt

Matt, is this week coming up your max out week?

Here are the things I need from you:

1RM for the following exercises:
squat
bench
incline bench
close grip bench
deadlift
power clean
jerk press

Also, I need the following info:
number of max pull-ups
60 yard dash time
shuttle run time
vertical jump
current weight
bodyfat percentage

I also need to know precisely everything you are doing in your training--not just the lifting, but everything you are doing including any running. It is very important that you email me thorough and detailed work-out logs. I need to know about every exercise, every set, and every rep, and the amount of weight. Same goes for any running, agilities, core work, throwing, etc. If you do not give me accurate info, your success will not be as great.

Finally, if you really want great results, you should keep track of EVERYTHING you eat, when you eat it, and the number of servings.

I'll look forward to getting some info from you....

BILL
