Bill Vasko Bio

Here is some background information about myself so that you will know what areas I have experience in.

I have been an assistant baseball coach, football coach, and strength training coordinator at the Division III college level. I am currently an athletic director, Health/PE teacher, and softball coach at the high school level. In the summer of 2006, I started MAXX Training, my own personal training business that focuses on fitness training, sport-specific skill training, and strength training.
